Victorian Ships Wheel Barometer

DescriptionCirca 1880, Victorian barometer with makers plaque on the front. It reads ‘Howard James and Company, Regent Street, W.’ The whole piece is contained in a faux ships wheel with matte gilding and in the centre is a silver dial with the adjustments. The wheel moves separately from the central dial for adjusting the variations in weather.
